Why do we prefer vacation rentals over long term rentals?
To protect your investment. When a home is a vacation rental, it’s being cleaned and maintained weekly, if not multiple times a week so any issues can be caught and addressed right away. We’ve said it of our own home, and other homeowners have said the same when we’re managing their vacation rental, “The house has never looked better!”
Income potential. Nightly rates continue to rise in this beautiful place where vacationers book 6 - 9 months in advance. We keep a close eye on nighty rate trends, working to find the sweet spot with occupancy rate and optimize income.
We love living in Sandpoint, Idaho where the pace, the lake and the mountains are just the beginning. It’s a great place to live, but it’s also a great place to vacation! Whether it’s winter or summer you’re after, the mountains or the lake, you can find what you’re looking for. Do you want to be in Sandpoint during the Spring? Join us for the Lost in the 50’s car show and street dance. The summer? Well, of course there is the lake and hiking and huckleberry picking but have you been to The Festival at Sandpoint? Fall boasts beautiful trees, cooler temps and Schweitzer’s Fall Fest. Winter is a whole other playground! Skiing at Schweitzer, ice hockey or a friendly snow ball fight are all amazing options!
